SUMMARY

Researcher working at the intersection of Transitional Justice, International Humanitarian Law (IHL), and security governance. My work focuses on accountability, weapons governance, and the regulation of emerging technologies in conflict settings. I bring interdisciplinary training across law, security studies, and computer science, with experience in legal research, state practice analysis, and policy-oriented research on international security and humanitarian law.
